Virgin Mobile Bundles
Bundles are packages of minutes, texts and picture messages that
give you discounted airtime to any UK network, any time. So
if you make lots of calls or send lots of messages to other
UK networks
they're fantastic value.
This includes:
- Calls and texts to other UK networks - any time
you choose
- Standard UK calls
However, it should be noted that your airtime package doesn't include calls to premium rate lines or texts to short code text services.
Save!!!
You can make calls from as little as 12p per
minute and text from 3p. That's when you use up a £24 bundle
of texts or minutes.
Bundles are longer lasting too!
Any unused airtime is carried over for one more month - that's when you
top up and your bundle is automatically renewed. If you pay by Direct
Debit, then you need to make sure that you're within your credit limit.
There are four different types of bundles, and they come in 4 different sizes:
• Minutes
• Texts
• A mix of minutes and text
• A mix of picture and text
How it works?
Once you're set up, Virgin mobile will automatically renew your bundle every month. Here's how it's done:
- The cost of your bundle is taken from your airtime balance, so you'll need to be topped up first
- you'll get a text three days before your bundle is due to be renewed, so you'll have plenty of time to get topped up
- Any unused airtime is carried over for one more month - that's when you top up and your bundle is automatically renewed
If you pay by Direct Debit, then you need to make sure that you're within your credit limit.
If you choose not to top up in time to renew your bundle, or cancel it, that's OK.
. Though you won't be able to carry over any unused airtime .
Bundles are really flexible
You can have one bundle at any one time, and once it's set up you can:
- Change it - to any size and type you choose. There are four monthly packages at five different prices
- Cancel it - if you decide that bundles aren't for you, you can cancel at any time
Any changes will take effect at the end of the
bundle month. Just give at least 2 days notice, and your bundle will be
changed or cancelled. If you cannot give enough time, you'll need to
wait until after your next bundle expires. If you're not sure when your
bundle finishes, don't worry -you'll be reminded by text 3 days before
the month is up.
And of course, there's all this, too:
- No hidden extras to pay - like line rental
- No restrictions on when you make your calls
- No daily limits - so you don't have a certain amount to use up every day
- Free voicemail in the UK
They give you the control of a fixed monthly spend without the commitment of a contract.
There's nothing to worry about. Once your bundle is set up, it's easy to chop and change it to a different size and type at the end of each month.
Your bundle comes with free voicemail and no hidden extras. So there's no line rental, no monthly service charges, no peak or off-peak restrictions on when you use it, and no daily limits.

Flextariff is your standard tariff. Any airtime used outside of your bundle will be at flextariff rates - that includes the airtime you use once you've used all your Bundle airtime, or when you make other calls, such as international calls.
A bundle lasts one calendar month e.g if you start a bundle on the 31st of a month it will run to the 30th or 31st of the next month.
Once set up, your bundle will recur until you cancel it. If you use up your bundle within the month you have to wait until the following month before you can start another one.
Payment is taken from your airtime balance. We'll let you know by text 3 days before it's taken. If you pay by Direct Debit, then you need to make sure that you're within your credit limit, and if you Pay As You Go then you'll need to check you have enough airtime credit.
You can only buy one bundle at a time.
You can change or stop your bundle at the end of
the month. Just let us know at least 2 days beforehand, and the change
will then take place at the end of the month. We'll let you know the
expiry date by text, 3 days before the month is up. If you don't give
us enough time, then you'll need to wait until after your next bundle.
If you've used part of your bundle you won't get a
refund, but if you haven't used your bundle then you will. To get a
refund, you'll need to call 789 within 7 working days of buying it.
If you change bundles you can take any unused airtime with you.
The cost of your bundle will come out of your airtime balance, so make sure you have enough credit before you buy.
