ROAMING:
Roaming refers
to connectivity of a service outside the place or region of
registration of the service.
If the subscriber is out of his chosen mobile
phone network's coverage area, the network provides him
connection through another network's signal tower. The service
provider needs to have a roaming agreement with the network
whose signal tower he is using.
